Advanciv, part of the ATB Morton Group, is seeking Precast Concrete Labourers for our new civil concrete plant in Newcastle. Join a growing team with over 40 years' experience delivering quality concrete across the Hunter region.

Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to read plans/drawings and follow instructions.
• Forklift (LF) and overhead crane experience is desirable.
• Strong work ethic – reliable, hands-on, and team-focused.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Close attention to detail and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Perform general labouring and manual handling duties.

Key Responsibilities
