Randstad is hiring a Precast Concrete Labourer to join our active yard team in Adelaide. This role is hands-on and essential for keeping production moving as you assist with moulds, pours, and material handling.

You will operate basic hand and power tools, uphold safety standards with a White Card, and contribute to a collaborative, hardworking team focused on delivering community infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Physical Capability: The stamina and fitness for an active day on your feet, including regular manual handling and lifting (must pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen).
• Safety First: A valid Construction White Card and a strong, proactive commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe.
• Practical Experience: A background in manual work and comfort safely operating standard hand and power tools.
• Team Spirit: A reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in and learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• General Labouring: Setting up and stripping concrete moulds, assisting with pours, and keeping production moving smoothly.
• Tack Welding: Using basic welding techniques to safely assemble and secure steel reinforcement cages.
• Pipe Distribution: Collaborating to safely maneuver and organize concrete pipes and materials across our busy yard.
