Job summary

Bruno Altin & Co Pty in Griffith, NSW, is seeking a hands-on, full-time team member for our longstanding pre-cast concrete operation. The role combines practical fabrication duties with a safety-conscious, quality-focused mindset.

You will work on moulds, reinforce bars, use hand and power tools, operate the overhead crane, and contribute to a range of projects across rail, transport, civil, mining and farming sectors. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, trade or manufacturing.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical fitness for manual labour tasks.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & oiling of moulds.
• Placing of reinforcement & steel bar within the mould.
• Use of hand & power tools.
• Operate overhead crane to move moulds, disassemble & move products.
• Manufacture a broad range of pre-cast products for rail, transport, civil, mining & farming solutions.
• Concrete patching.
