Sherridon Homes in Bendigo is seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator to manage permits, drawings, finance follow-ups and to deliver an exceptional home building journey for customers. You will work within a supportive team and build strong networks with stakeholders.

You will maintain data accuracy, use internal systems, and assist the Construction team as our Bendigo growth continues. Unrestricted Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and the ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with client administration and drawing/permit coordination is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments.
• Following up on finance approvals and arranging warranty insurance.

Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator, Bendigo

Sherridon Homes is now seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey.

This role will be crucial in taking care of our customers throughout the administration of their build through to site start.

The Role

Coordinating permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments

Following up on finance approvals and arranging warranty insurance

Delivering an exceptional home building journey for our customers

Working within a close and supportive team

Establishing strong networks with internal and external stakeholders

Using technology, internal systems, industry knowledge and software to deliver a seamless customer experience

Maintaining accurate data in line with the Customer Journey and Group policies and procedures

Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers
