Job summary

Brennan IT Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Managed Cloud and Infrastructure portfolio. You will lead the roadmap, define service levels, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

You should bring 5–8 years in product management, strong cloud knowledge, and a data-driven approach to optimise value for customers. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office, collaborating with engineering, sales and operations to

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in product management or product ownership
• Ownership of a product roadmap
• Strong cloud/infrastructure knowledge across hyperscaler platforms
• Data-led decision making and cost awareness
• Ability to influence and drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for Brennan’s Managed Cloud and Infrastructure portfolio.
• Build investment cases and defend roadmap sequencing.
• Define clear product scope, service tiers, and SLAs.
• Use data to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Create scalable, repeatable services balancing customer needs and delivery capability.
• Lead launch readiness across delivery, support, tooling, billing and enablement.
• Measure product performance against the business case.
