Expert360’s Virtual Superintendent role seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge customers with our platform, delivering tailored demonstrations and post-sale support. You’ll work with a small account team, travel weekly within the city, and help build a new technical sales playbook for this growing segment.

Ideal candidates have a civil engineering background, experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering, and the ability to drive value from on-site demonstrations through onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering background capable of speaking credibly to site-based technical teams.
• Experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or hi-tech.
• Comfort covering full account lifecycle from pre-sales to post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Run product demonstrations tailored to prospect roles and pain points.
• Translate platform capabilities into concrete value for on-site users.
• Support the sales representative as the technical voice during pre-sales.
• Assist with implementation and onboarding of new accounts post-sale.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts using on-site relationships.
