Job summary

City Toyota in Northbridge, WA is seeking a full-time Pre-owned Business Manager / F&I to join our team. You will sell finance, insurance and motor protection products, and prepare applications for lenders to secure swift customer approvals.

The role works closely with the Pre Owned Sales Manager and reports to the Senior Business Manager, requiring strong customer service, attention to detail and compliance, plus the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Experience within the automotive industry in a Business Manager's (F&I) role.
• Current Western Australian Driver's licence required at all times.
• Clear Credit File and Clear Police Record to represent our financier.
• Full working rights to work in Australia.
• Customer-centric attitude with a focus to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Pre-owned Business Manager / F&I - Automotive

City Toyota is part of the Sci-Fleet Group which has been operating in the motor industry for over 40 years and has grown to encompass numerous automotive franchises across the country, including multiple high performing Toyota dealerships. We are currently looking for a full time Business Manager / F&I - Automotive to join our team at our Northbridge dealership (Pre-owned Vehicles). If you pride yourself on exceptional customer service and you are experienced as a high performing Business Manager / F&I at a retail dealership, then we want to hear from you! Working closely with the Pre Owned Sales Manager and reporting directly to Senior Business Manager , you will be responsible for:

• The selling finance, insurance and motor protection plan products to our customers


• The preparation and submission of financial applications to our lenders to achieve swift positive customer outcomes

This role offers a wide range of dealership experiences to build up a strong portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experience within the automotive industry in a Business Manager's (F&I) role
