• Experience in pre-construction, estimating and cost planning.
• Strong understanding of buildability and design-delivery interaction.
• Commercial acumen balancing cost, quality, risk and client outcomes.
• Ability to develop scopes and budgets and identify risks early.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, buildable project scopes based on client, site and design requirements.
• Prepare and manage project cost plans and budgets from concept through to engineering.
• Coordinate design, engineering and consultant inputs to achieve constructible project documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks, constraints and scope or cost changes early.
• Attend site visits to assess feasibility, site conditions and project requirements.
• Work with Sales to develop proposals and design alternatives.
• Manage pre-construction milestones and keep clients and internal teams informed of progress, changes and risks.
• Provide a complete, well-coordinated handover to the Project Delivery team.
