Job summary

Greenline is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to take ownership of projects through the pre-construction phase and set them up for successful delivery. You’ll bring together scope, design, costing and constructability, working closely with clients and internal and external teams to identify risks early and deliver commercially sound, buildable projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pre-construction, estimating and project management within construction.
• Strong understanding of buildability, design coordination and cost planning.
• Commercial acumen to balance cost, quality, risk and client outcomes.
• Experience developing scopes, budgets or cost plans and identifying risks early.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical data into clear project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, buildable project scopes based on client, site and design requirements.
• Prepare and manage project cost plans and budgets from concept through to engineering.
• Coordinate design, engineering and consultant inputs to achieve constructible project documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks, constraints and scope or cost changes early.
• Attend site visits to assess feasibility, site conditions and project requirements.
• Work with Sales to develop proposals, value-engineered solutions and design alternatives.
• Manage pre-construction milestones and keep clients and internal teams informed of progress, changes and risks.
• Provide a complete, well-coordinated handover to the Project Delivery team.
