Job summary

Greenline Group Pty Ltd – Olympic Park NSW is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to own projects through the pre-construction phase and set them up for successful delivery. You will integrate scope, design, costing and constructability while coordinating with clients and internal and external teams to identify risks and deliver buildable, commercially sound projects.

You will lead scopes, budgets and design inputs, guiding proposals and value-engineered options with a strong focus

Qualifications

Strong experience in pre-construction, estimating, project management or design coordination.
Commercial acumen and ability to balance cost, quality, risk and client outcomes.
Attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear project requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate, buildable project scopes based on client, site and design requirements.
Prepare and manage project cost plans and budgets from concept through to engineering.
Coordinate design, engineering and consultant inputs to achieve constructible project documentation.
Identify and manage project risks, constraints and scope or cost changes early.
Attend site visits to assess feasibility, site conditions and project requirements.
Work with Sales to develop proposals, value-engineered solutions and design alternatives.
Manage pre-construction milestones and keep clients and internal teams informed of progress, changes and risks.
Provide a complete, well-coordinated handover to the Project Delivery team.
