Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join the Clarendon Homes team in Norwest/Baulkham Hills. You’ll guide customers through the pre-construction journey, coordinate with internal teams, and provide proactive updates from contract signing to construction starting.

Your role involves maintaining relationships, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring documentation and DA progress are well communicated to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in high volume customer service or equivalent role.
• Experience with complaint resolution.
• Working within customer service in high volume technical industry.
• Attention to detail.
• An understanding of residential building/construction process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the preconstruction process to guide customers effectively.
• Guide customers through stages from DA lodgement to construction commenced.
• Educate customers on building process milestones and expectations.
• Provide end-to-end workflow visibility and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular proactive contact with customers and provide progress updates.
