Job summary

Clarendon Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for the Southern Highlands display centre. You will manage the full customer journey from enquiry to contract, working with greenfield, House & Land and acreage projects, while delivering a premium sales experience.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and strong enquiry levels, backed by established systems and leadership support, with long-term career growth opportunities within Clarendon Homes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales.
• Experience with a project home builder is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the Southern Highlands market.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre.
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract.
• Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience.
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment.
• Weekend work essential.
