Functional Focus Therapy PTY LTD – Belmont NSW
You will work closely with our Directors and future clinic leaders to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice, assist with referrals, onboarding and family experience, coordinate administration and bookkeeping processes, support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, help improve systems and workflows, assist with implementation of technology and automation projects, support operational aspects of school and community partnerships, and contribute ideas that help our organisation continue to grow sustainably.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
Assist with referrals, onboarding and family experience
Coordinate administration and bookkeeping processes
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Help improve systems and workflows
Assist with implementation of technology and automation projects
Support operational aspects of school and community partnerships
