Functional Focus Therapy is a Belmont-based allied health practice providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to children, teenagers and their families. Qualifications

• Strongly preferred: Allied health experience, Healthcare experience, NDIS experience, Practice management experience
• Valuable experience: Xero, Payroll preparation, Recruitment administration, Microsoft 365, Copilot or AI-based systems, Process improvement or project coordination

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Assist with referrals, onboarding and family experience
• Coordinate administration and bookkeeping processes
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Help improve systems and workflows
• Assist with implementation of technology and automation projects
• Support operational aspects of school and community partnerships
• Contribute ideas that help our organisation continue to grow sustainably
