Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Rockhampton team as a Women’s Health Practice Nurse. You will deliver high-quality nursing services, support patients and healthcare practitioners, and contribute to clinical and administrative activities across the practice.

The role focuses on women's health, vaccination and education initiatives, with opportunities to collaborate with Practice and Regional Managers to enhance service delivery and patient care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in clinical nursing (primary care desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including vaccinations, wound care, diagnostic tests, and CST collection.
• Support women’s health initiatives through education, follow-ups, and preventative care outreach.
• Assist with procedures and care plans for patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain.
• Maintain clinical areas, manage stock, and support accreditation processes.
• Collaborate with the broader nursing and practice team to improve service delivery and appointment efficiency.

As a Women’s Health Practice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing services. Working closely with our Practice and Regional Managers, you’ll support patients and healthcare practitioners across a range of clinical and administrative activities.
