ForHealth Medical Centres is seeking a Casual Practice Nurse to join our Robina practice. You will work closely with a team of Nurses and General Practitioners to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care for all patients.

The ideal candidate is an AHPRA-registered nurse with prior General Practice or acute setting experience, strong organisational skills and outstanding patient service abilities. This casual role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• AHPRA-registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse required.
• Experience in General Practice or acute settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Health Assessment highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform health assessments.
• Administer vaccines and monitor post-vaccination observations.
• Triaging patients and prioritising emergencies.
• Assist GP with minor procedures.
• Coordinate, manage and maintain patient clinical data.
• Wound dressings and suture removal.
• Provide health education and coaching to support patient goals.

We are looking for a Casual Practice Nurse to join our Robina practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experience team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients.

The Tasks

• Performing health assessments
• Administering vaccines
• Post vaccination observations and monitoring
• Triaging patients and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Assisting GP with minor procedures
• Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data
• Wound dressings and removal of sutures
• Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals

The Successful Candidate

• AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
• Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting
• Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A passion for people and a personable approach
