Job summary

ForHealth Group in Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse (Practice Nurse) to join Marion Domain Medical Centre on a casual basis. The role supports GPs and delivers high-quality patient care across essential nursing services within a busy primary care setting.

You will work in a collaborative team, performing vaccinations, health assessments, and care planning while maintaining accurate records and upholding clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in General Practice or Primary Care.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment room services including vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, plastering, and suture removal.
• Assist with chronic disease management, health assessments, care plans, and preventative health initiatives.
• Conduct patient health checks and provide education on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Support nurse-led clinics and coordinate patient care with GPs and allied health providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Assist with infection control, stock management, sterilisation, and accreditation activities.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and high standard of clinical care.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Practice Nurse) to join our team at Marion Domain Medical Centre on a casual basis. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
