The Toorak Clinic in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The role involves triage, immunisations, wound care and assisting GPs with procedures in a friendly general practice setting.

You’ll perform ECGs, Holter monitoring and pathology collection, manage chronic disease care plans, and help with vaccine fridge management and infection control. We value a proactive, patient-centered approach and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least three years’ nursing experience, ideally in general practice or community nursing.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Solid knowledge of immunisation schedules, diabetes and asthma management, and infection control.

Responsabilités

• Triage, immunisations and other injections, with AIR reporting.
• Wound care, and assisting our GPs with procedures.
• ECGs, Holter monitors and pathology collection.
• Chronic disease management, care plans and patient recalls.
• Looking after the vaccine fridge and cold chain, including twice-daily temperature checks.
• Infection control, sterilisation and keeping clinical stock and equipment in order.

We’re a friendly general practice in Toorak looking for a part-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical team.

The role is approximately 5 days a fortnight, but we can be flexible.

What you’ll be doing

• Triage, immunisations and other injections, with AIR reporting
• Wound care, and assisting our GPs with procedures
• ECGs, Holter monitors and pathology collection
• Chronic disease management, care plans and patient recalls
• Looking after the vaccine fridge and cold chain, including twice-daily temperature checks
• Infection control, sterilisation and keeping clinical stock and equipment in order

What you’ll need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with Best Practice software
• Extra training in wound care, diabetes education, asthma/spirometry or women’s health
