Job summary

Talent Quarter partners with a well-established GP Group in Beverley to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse for a permanent, full-time position. The role supports a large team of GPs, nurses and administration, offering a stable Monday–Friday schedule and a collaborative, patient-focused culture.

Your duties include immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, health assessments, ECGs and pathology collection, with a strong emphasis on infection control and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
• General Practice / Practice Nursing experience
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check

Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with a well‑established Group Practice to find an experienced Practice Nurse to join their large, supportive team in Beverley on a permanent full‑time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys working in a busy General Practice environment and is looking for the stability of a permanent, Monday-Friday position. This position is open to Registered or Enrolled Nurses with experience in General Practice.

The Clinic

• 17 GPs(a mix of full‑time and part‑time doctors)
• 5 Practice Nurses
• An experienced Practice Manager
• Visiting Allied Health Specialists
• A supportive administration and reception team

With an established nursing team already in place, you'll have plenty of support around you while working across a varied Practice Nursing workload.

The Role

This is a permanent full‑time position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As Practice Nurse, you'll work closely with the GPs, nursing team and wider clinic staff to provide high‑quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Wound care and dressings
• Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans
• Health assessments

About You

We're looking for a confident and experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys being part of a collaborative, patient‑focused team.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
• Previous General Practice / Practice Nursing experience
• Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
• Current National Police Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong immunisation knowledge and experience
• Experience with wound care, chronic disease management and health assessments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A friendly, professional and patient‑focused approach
• The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a larger clinical team

• Up to $43 per hour + super, depending on experience
