Job summary

Epping Family Medical and Specialist Centre is a modern GP clinic in Epping, Victoria. We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly team and support GPs in a busy practice.

The role includes vaccinations, wound care, ECGs, minor surgical assistance and vaccine stock management. You will work in a welcoming, team‑oriented environment with flexible casual shifts and opportunities to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN).
• Experience in an Australian GP clinic is highly preferred.
• Immunisation certification or competency to administer vaccines within scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assisting GPs with chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments.
• Administering vaccinations, including childhood immunisations and influenza vaccines, where authorised.
• Performing ECGs, wound care and other routine nursing procedures.
• Assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures.
• Managing vaccine stock, cold chain monitoring and infection control requirements.
• Supporting patient recalls, clinical documentation and accreditation standards.
• Assisting with general day-to-day nursing activities in a busy GP clinic.

Epping Family Medical and Specialist Centre is a modern, patient-focused general practice located in the heart of Epping. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting GPs with chronic disease management, care plans and health assessments
• Administering vaccinations, including childhood immunisations and influenza vaccines, where authorised
• Performing ECGs, wound care and other routine nursing procedures

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Previous experience in an Australian GP clinic is highly preferred
• Experience with Best Practice clinical software is highly regarded
• Current immunisation certification or relevant competency to administer vaccinations within scope of practice
• Confidence in working independently within professional scope and collaboratively with GPs
• Excellent communication, organisational and patient care skills
• A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to support the wider team
• Current working rights in Australia
• Availability to work alternate Saturdays
