Responsibilities

• Wound care, immunisations, chronic disease management, and basic procedural assistance.
• Triage, health assessments, screening, and patient education.
• Maintain clinical records, assist with medication administration, and support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with GPs and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Contribute to quality improvement, infection control and practice protocols.
• Promote preventative health programs and support patient self-management.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care including wound care, immunisations, chronic disease management, and basic procedural assistance.
• Conduct triage, health assessments, screening, and patient education with empathy and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, assist with medication administration, and support continuity of care planning.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Contribute to quality improvement, infection control and practice protocols while participating in training and audits.
• Promote preventative health programs and support patient self-management through education and follow-up.
• Management of supplies and consumables
