ForHealth Medical Centres in Darlinghurst, Sydney, seeks a Full-time Practice Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team and oversee the Treatment Room, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.

You will partner with the Practice Manager and clinical team to drive operational excellence, mentor nurses, and deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment with no night shifts or weekend work.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in General Practice, Primary Care, or Acute Care environments.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Positive, patient-focused approach with a passion for developing others.
• Ability to build strong relationships with patients, GPs, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and effective management to a team of Nurses.

• Coach, mentor, and support Nurses to achieve best-practice patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

The Role

Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are seeking a Full-time Practice Nurse Manager to join our Darlinghurst practice. This opportunity has become available following an internal career move, highlighting our commitment to developing and progressing our team members.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treatment Room, lead and mentor a team of Nurses, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

The Tasks
