Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a Full-time Practice Nurse Manager to lead a team of nurses at our Narellan practice in NSW. You will partner with the Practice Manager to maintain efficient treatment room operations and deliver high-quality patient care.

You will coach, train and mentor staff, oversee clinical procedures, and support GP health assessments and management plans while contributing to practice performance through workforce planning and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for people and a personable approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to a team of Nurses.
• Ensure patient care is provided efficiently and effectively by managing varied clinical procedures as necessary.
• Coach, train, and mentor the team, so that they can deliver the best clinical outcomes to all patients.
• Maintain the Treatment Room and ensure it is being run efficiently with appropriate staff numbers, following best practice procedures.
• Assist the GP with conducting health assessments, GP management plans and reviews.
• Work alongside the Practice Manager to understand the levers of profit and loss within the practice and manage their teams accordingly.
