ForHealth Ballarat Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee daily treatment room operations in a permanent full-time role.

You will work with the Practice Manager to develop clinical staff, uphold high standards of care, and ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care in a busy community clinic.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in general practice, primary healthcare or an acute clinical setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-service skills.
• A supportive, approachable leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Commitment to improving patient outcomes in the community.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Nurse Manager to join our Ballarat Medical Centre in a permanent full-time position.

This hands-on leadership role will see you manage and support a team of nurses while overseeing the efficient day-to-day operation of the treatment room. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you’ll develop clinical staff, maintain high standards of care and ensure patients consistently receive safe, efficient and compassionate healthcare.
