Job summary

River Street Medical Centre (Powered by Bupa) in South Yarra is seeking a full-time Practice Nurse (RN) to join our GP team. You will deliver high-quality patient care across preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, mental health, skin checks and family medicine, working closely with GPs and the clinical team.

Responsibilities include immunisations, wound care, health assessments, chronic disease management, assisting with procedures, patient education and follow-up, recalls

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Previous Australian General Practice experience preferred.
• Experience with immunisations, wound care and health assessments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organised and patient-focused.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
