Job summary

Bupa Medical Carlton is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a busy clinical team on a permanent basis. Located opposite Carlton Railway Station, this modern practice delivers high-quality care to a diverse community with GPs, allied health, and nursing staff.

Working approximately 4 days per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you will support GPs and provide a broad range of nursing services. AHPRA RN registration and GP nursing experience are key requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• General Practice nursing experience preferred.
• Health assessment competency.
• Experience with wound care and immunisations.

Bupa Medical Centre Carlton is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our busy and collaborative clinical team on a permanent basis. Located directly opposite Carlton Railway Station, our modern practice provides high-quality care to a diverse community and is home to a large team of GPs, allied health professionals, and nursing staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional patient care, and contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

Working approximately 4 days per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm, you will play a vital role in supporting our GPs and delivering a broad range of nursing services to patients across the practice.

• Immunisations and vaccinations for adults and children
• Chronic disease management and health assessments
• Wound care and dressings
• Assisting with treatment room procedures
• Patient education and preventive health initiatives
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Supporting a safe, efficient, and patient-centred environment

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• General Practice nursing experience (preferred)
• Health assessment competency
• Experience with wound care and immunisations
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Greek language skills are welcomed but not essential.
