Candor Recruitment is partnering with a well-established accounting firm on Sydney's North Shore seeking a confident Practice Manager to lead the operations and staff across a busy public practice. This role involves collaborating with another experienced Practice Manager, driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality client service in a collaborative leadership environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a public practice accounting firm.
• Experience as Practice Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop staff.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on improving processes.
• Experience coordinating offshore/remote support staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting staff.
• Manage practice administration, workflow coordination and operational processes.
• Oversee billing, WIP monitoring and invoicing processes.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the practice.
• Ensure a high standard of client service and internal support for accounting professionals.
• Support resource planning, recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business operations and performance initiatives.
