Job summary

Health Partners Dental is seeking a capable Practice Manager for our flagship Pirie Street clinic in Adelaide's CBD. The 18-chair, modern facility is equipped with the latest dental technology and serves a broad patient base.

You will lead day-to-day operations, motivate a large team, and drive service excellence across the clinic, reporting to the Group Manager and contributing to our leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience, ideally in a large or multi-chair practice.
• Ability to build relationships with clinicians and support staff.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, empathetic approach.
• A genuine can-do attitude and self-motivation.
• Qualifications in business or practice management will be highly regarded.
