Job summary

Bupa Dental Parramatta is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the clinic operations and the practice team. This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday and focuses on delivering excellent patient care while driving financial performance.

You will partner with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to optimise people, processes and patient experience, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and profitably.

Qualifications

• Business and people management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, with strong business acumen.
• Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs.
• Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly.
• Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients and your practice team.
• Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L.
