Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group in Blacktown is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our established dental centre. You’ll oversee daily operations across a 4-chair centre focused on general dentistry, Invisalign and orthodontics, ensuring an excellent patient experience and strong team performance.

You’ll lead and develop the team, manage rosters and patient flow, support dentists, and drive centre growth with regional support.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations — as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or team leader
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands‑on Practice Manager to lead our established Blacktown dental centre. With 4 chairs and a strong focus on general dentistry, Invisalign and Orthodontic services, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast‑paced environment.
