Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group Robina dental centre on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Practice Manager for a 6-month full-time contract. The 3-chair clinic offers leadership exposure in a supportive, established environment, backed by a Regional Leader to help you succeed from day one.

You'll lead daily operations, motivate the team, manage rosters and patient flow, support clinicians, monitor performance and identify improvements. Dental leadership experience is welcome.

We're on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Practice Manager to join our Robina dental centre on a 6-month contract. Operating as a busy 3-chair clinic, Robina offers a great opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership or build on existing management experience within a supportive, well-established environment. You'll be backed by an experienced and highly engaged Regional Leader, dedicated to helping you succeed, grow your leadership skills, and feel confident in the role from day one. Whether you're an experienced Centre Leader, Practice Manager, or a Senior Dental Assistant ready to take the next step, this role offers valuable exposure and the chance to make a genuine impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy 3-chair dental clinic
• Motivating and supporting your team to deliver excellent patient care
• Managing rosters, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation
• Supporting clinicians to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Monitoring centre performance and spotting opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with your Regional Leader for ongoing support and guidance

About you

You're organised, approachable and enjoy supporting teams while keeping operations running smoothly.

• Experience in Dental as Senior Dental Assistant, Clinic Coordinator etc
• Leadership experience in dental, healthcare or similar operational settings ideal
• Confidence managing rostering, workflow and patient coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to jump in where needed
• Passion for patient care and team success
