• Experience leading a dental/healthcare team or senior assistant in a fast-paced clinic.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop staff and patient experience.
• Ability to manage rosters, workflows and patient flow efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the Blacktown centre team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Manage rosters, appointment scheduling and patient flow for a 4-chair centre.
• Support dentists to deliver high-quality general dental care and align with policies.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities with Regional Manager.
