Full-time leadership role 4-chair centre | General dentistry, Invisalign and Orthodontic services Lead, support and grow a team that makes a difference every day We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Blacktown dental centre. With 4 chairs and a strong focus on general dentistry, Invisalign and Orthodontic services, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Blacktown centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team. You'll:

• Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
• Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation
• Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

This role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership - ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork and making things run smoothly.
