• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within a similar specialist medical practice or healthcare setting OR 7+ years as a senior medical receptionist with leadership and operational management responsibilities.

• Proficiency in medical software and clinic management systems.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of our clinic. The Practice Manager leads a highly capable team of clinical and non-clinical staff and serves as the first point of contact for the clinic Practitioners. The ideal candidate will possess strong people leadership skills, a solid operational background in medical practice management, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.


• People Leadership: Lead a team of administrators to maintain high-performance levels and a positive working environment.


• Patient Experience: Focus on delivering excellent patient experiences by ensuring outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction in each interaction.


• Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects including budgeting, payroll, billing, and optimizing revenue streams while controlling costs.


• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.


• Marketing: Ensure clinic marketing information is relevant, accurate and timely.


• Vendor and Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, liaise with vendors, and manage supply orders efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within a similar specialist medical practice or healthcare setting OR 7+ years as a senior medical receptionist with strong leadership and operational management skills, in a similar setting and is ready to take the next step.


• Strong knowledge of medical practice operations. Experience in skin cancer medicine and or cosmetic medicine would be highly advantageous.


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in medical software and systems for clinic management.
