Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group seeks a hands-on Practice Manager for our Blacktown dental centre. Lead a 4-chair centre focused on general dentistry, Invisalign and Orthodontic services, delivering exceptional patient care with strong leadership and operational oversight.

The successful candidate will manage rosters, patient flow and centre presentation while collaborating with regional and national teams to drive growth and quality care.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Practice Manager to lead our established Blacktown dental centre. With 4 chairs and a strong focus on general dentistry, Invisalign and Orthodontic services, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Blacktown centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team.
You'll:

• Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
  
• Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation
  
• Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care
  
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures

• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth
