Job summary

Christies Beach Dental is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive team culture. You will work with our dentists and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The role focuses on rostering, staff development, patient flow, and regulatory compliance, with salary competitive and based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management (dental or medical preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of budgets, billing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes.
• Manage, mentor, and roster front-of-house and support staff.
• Monitor practice performance against KPIs and financial targets.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, WHS, and infection control standards.
• Liaise with the Principal Dentist on practice growth and strategy.
