You bring experience working within mental health, psychosocial, or recovery oriented environments and are confident supporting teams through complex decision making, risk formulation, and practice challenges. You value collaboration, communicate with authenticity, and can influence practice through credibility, insight, and strong relationships.

To help create meaningful wellbeing outcomes for individuals, communities, and teams, you will have one of the following:

  • Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

Most importantly, you are committed to creating safe, person centred, and recovery oriented practice environments where both people and teams can thrive.

You are aligned with RFQ's values of Respect, Bravery, Compassion, and Striving for Excellence, and believe high quality practice should always be grounded in humanity, dignity, and connection.
