Qualifications

• Three years’ experience directly managing people.
• Experience coaching others and building engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Operational experience and comfort using performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Practice Managers and teams across 15 practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Practice Managers and clinicians to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
• Oversee people management activities, rostering and workforce planning.
• Guide financial and operational performance using practice data to drive improvements.
• Visit practices regularly to lead in person and follow through on actions.
