Job summary

Aspirante is seeking a governance and platform coordination professional to support the Power Platform environment across Power Platform, Copilot Studio/AI and Dynamics 365. You will work with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure governance, compliance and smooth production readiness.

Reporting to the Power Platform Manager, you will drive stakeholder engagement, operational reporting and continuous improvement while maintaining documentation, approvals and support

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, compliance, audit, service management or operational administration.
• Experience producing dashboards and operational reporting, ideally using Power BI.
• Strong written communication, documentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key coordination point between the Power Platform Team, business stakeholders, business developers and vendors.
• Support governance, environment management, onboarding and deployment requirements.
• Coordinate governance reviews, production readiness activities, audits, compliance assessments and remediation actions.
• Ensure approvals, documentation, support arrangements and Solution Catalogue records are maintained.
• Monitor governance, compliance, risks, priorities and environment management activities.
• Coordinate governance forums, stakeholder meetings, vendor engagement and operational reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on platform adoption, compliance, audit outcomes and service performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
