Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Technical Specialist to become the go-to expert for our Power & Light range, including generators, lighting towers, battery energy storage systems and solar solutions. You will provide advanced technical support and training to service teams, dealers and customers.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex electrical issues, supporting new product launches, assisting warranty investigations and delivering technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or engineering degree required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with generators, lighting towers, renewables or industrial electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for electrical power and lighting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues.
• Support new product launches and technical training programs.
• Assist with warranty investigations and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with service, sales and product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Power Technique.
