Job summary

DBG Health is seeking multiple Reporting Analysts in Melbourne to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the business. You will translate requirements into impactful BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and alignment to key metrics.

With 3+ years in BI/reporting and strong Power BI expertise, you will partner with stakeholders across FMCG/retail-like environments, build data models, and contribute to continuous improvement of BI

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in BI/reporting roles, with strong Power BI capability.
• Experience partnering within medium to large-scale complex organisations, preferably across FMCG, retail, or comparable fast-paced industries.
• Experience with data modelling, transformation, and DAX development
• Experience working and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to business needs and best-practice standards
• Translate business requirements into clear KPIs, metrics, and visualisations that support decision-making
• Develop and maintain data models using Power Query and DAX, ensuring data quality and consistency
• Deliver actionable insights through reporting and ad-hoc analysis, identifying trends and opportunities
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and communicate insights effectively
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI assets, processes, and reporting frameworks
