Hirehive is hiring a Power BI Developer to design and deliver BI solutions across the enterprise. You will join a dynamic team to build data models, dashboards, and reports that empower stakeholders with data-driven insights.

The role focuses on robust data modeling, DAX calculations, SQL queries, and data governance, with opportunities to work across multiple business units and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience developing Business Intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models for reporting and analytics.
• Build, enhance, and support Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop and optimise DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and SQL queries.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Support data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, testing, and validation activities.
• Document processes, business requirements, and testing plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through data and technology.
• Promote adoption of analytics tools and improve data literacy across the business
