Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group Pty is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer - Client Operations on the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role links operations, data, and development to build dashboards and data solutions that improve business performance and client outcomes.

You will translate business requirements into practical technology solutions, partnering with Client Operations and Development teams to release product changes and support end users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience building business applications or data products.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on coding experience, including AI-assisted development.
• Experience using Git in day‑to‑day development work.
• Experience with C# and/or Angular would be an advantage, but you don't need to know both.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow a business process through the data and turn it into a working feature.
• Confidence communicating with executives, operational teams and everyday system users.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and release product changes and support end users with new functionality.
• Develop applications, screens, dashboards and data solutions.
• Analyse and validate data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Monitor data quality, product usage and operational metrics.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and potential issues.
• Develop solutions that improve how Client Operations works.
• Set standards for how operational data is modelled, loaded and presented.
• Work with IT to design, test and release changes across applications, APIs, databases and background jobs.
• Collaborate with operational teams to translate business processes into technical solutions.
