This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our Client Operations and Development teams to build applications, dashboards and data solutions that improve business performance and client outcomes.

About the role

You’ll act as a key link between operations, data and development, taking business requirements and turning them into practical technology solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The ability to follow a business process through the data and turn it into a working feature
  • Confidence communicating with executives, operational teams and everyday system users
  • The ability to ask the right questions and clarify requirements when needed
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • The ability to work collaboratively or take ownership of a change from requirement through to release
  • Strong attention to detail while still understanding the bigger business picture

Why Join ACG?
  • Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and business insights
  • Work with key operational leaders across the business
  • Sunshine Coast based opportunity with a collaborative team
  • A supportive and encouraging workplace culture with a passionate team
