Job summary

SunPork Group is seeking an experienced BI Analyst to transform business data into meaningful insights, develop reporting solutions and provide ongoing BI support across the organisation. The role focuses on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models and Excel-based reporting tools to support informed operational and commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BI, data analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong hands-on Power BI experience with dashboard development.
• Experience in data modelling with complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience supporting internal users and Help Desk tickets.
• Ability to prioritise competing requests and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with manufacturing, FMCG or operations is a plus.
• Experience connecting Power BI/Excel to a data warehouse and SQL writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain data models to support reporting requirements.
• Develop and improve Excel-based reporting models.
• Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Monitor, acknowledge, prioritise and process BI Help Desk tickets.
• Investigate and troubleshoot reporting issues and data discrepancies.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders with BI tools.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Review and improve reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support data accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
