The Office of the Independent Assessor (OIA) is seeking a Data and Insights Officer to design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations to monitor complaint management performance and inform evidence-based decision making.

You will analyse data from Resolve and other sources, extract and model data, translate business requirements into reporting solutions, and collaborate across the organisation to support accountability and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience building dashboards and BI solutions.
• Ability to interpret operational data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication of complex data to management across the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations to monitor complaint management performance.
• Extract and model data from core systems (Resolve) and other sources to track trends and metrics.
• Collaborate with management and staff to translate requirements into reporting solutions and deliver recurring/ad hoc reports.
