Job summary

Richmond Football Club is seeking a Data Analytics Coordinator to transform data into insights across membership, marketing, commercial and consumer functions. You will develop dashboards, model data and support data governance while enabling confident decision making.

The role partners with teams club-wide to evolve reporting capabilities and maximise value from data assets, contributing to customer engagement and CRM initiatives and advancing a data-informed culture.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
• Approximately two years' experience in a data systems-related role.
• Demonstrated experience building reports and data models in Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working within a data warehouse environment.
• Exceptional planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyse consumer, membership, marketing and commercial data for insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the data warehouse and reporting environment with quality data practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions and build data literacy.
