Job summary

Lincoln Institute of Higher Education Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Course Coordinator for the Master of Early Childhood Education (MECE). You will provide academic leadership and oversight of the postgraduate program, ensuring curriculum integrity and AQF Level 9 alignment across subject delivery, assessment and moderation.

The role requires a PhD or equivalent AQF Level 10, extensive higher education teaching and leadership experience, and a track record in scholarship or research.

Qualifications

• PhD or AQF Level 10 in Early Childhood Education or related discipline.
• Demonstrated higher education teaching and leadership experience.
• Minimum five years of professional, research or practice experience in ECE.
• Active engagement in scholarship, conferences or industry practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and oversight of the MECE program.
• Coordinate curriculum implementation, delivery, assessment and moderation.
• Ensure alignment with AQF Level 9 requirements and standards.
• Lead and mentor academic staff and support student success.
• Monitor progression, engagement and retention with appropriate interventions.
• Contribute to course development, accreditation and quality assurance.
• Maintain engagement in scholarship and professional development.
• Support governance, compliance and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to enhance teaching quality.
