Post-Sales Applied AI Deployment Lead

Factory; Australia; Sur place; AUD 120 000 - 160 000; Plein temps

Résumé du poste

Factory is seeking a Deployed Staff, Applied AI product manager who will own the post-sales journey for our most strategic accounts. You will map how enterprises build software today, define where Factory fits across the lifecycle, and drive adoption to turn customers into powerful users and stronger engineering orgs.

As a hands-on, technical PM, you will immerse in customer workflows, partner with client teams, and explore data to scale deployments.

Qualifications

• An extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments and drive them to a result.
• Strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design; reason about how enterprises ship software.
• Product manager mindset: organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to rally engineers and stakeholders toward a solution.
• Sharp product intuition and real user empathy, with credibility to work closely with engineers at the customer and across teams.
• A builder mindset. You are excited to help build the function, not just fill a seat, and you move fast.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment with fluid roles and high ownership is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical relationship for your accounts from the moment a deal closes.
• Immerse yourself in how each customer builds software, locate friction, and design a deployment plan.
• Get customers live quickly, then drive sustained adoption and consumption growth.
• Work with executives and users, finding high-leverage ways to ramp usage.
• Build repeatable playbooks and automate operational work, monitoring usage and blockers.
• Embed with Engineering and Product teams to translate field insights into native capabilities.
