MployHR is seeking a hands-on Post-Production Coordinator for our Kingsgrove NSW client. You will oversee Wrapping, Packing and Warehouse operations, coordinating schedules, staffing, and quality control while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualificações

• Experience in production coordination or supervision in food manufacturing.
• Ability to lead line teams and coordinate daily production activities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing production schedules, labour, and KPI targets.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations across Wrapping, Packing, and Warehouse to meet production schedules.
• Lead Line Leaders and teams to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure lines start/finish on schedule; monitor output, labour, and staffing needs.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, and timesheets in line with demand.
• Maintain compliance with WHS, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Monitor quality, reduce waste, and complete checks and docs on time.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee cleaning, changeovers, and end-of-shift processes for hygiene.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Pastry, Warehouse, Maintenance, HR, and management.
• Identify productivity improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support training, performance management, cross-skilling, and succession planning.
• Prepare and review operational reports; meet KPIs and production targets.
